· There must be an acceptable level of transparency in the selection of the most suitable procurement and tendering strategy
· A full and rigorous analysis of the risks associated with the route selected, taking into account the geographical location of the development

· A review of the standard forms of contracts available, and the contractual arrangements of the parties involved
· Advice on an appropriate tendering procedure and explanation of the tender documentation that is to be exchanged between the parties.

· Explanation of the process of vetting and reporting on the tenders returned
· The development must demonstrate potential future expansion, with consideration made to the long-term development plan of the client.
· Suggest techniques/methods that may be used (along with a timeline of when these techniques should be adopted) to assess the services installations to the project

· Provide the cost information in a format that is appropriate to this type of project to be used by colleagues in your group producing the development appraisal.
· Reveal the source(s) of your cost information and give your rationale in choosing that source, along with details of adjustments made to justify its use on this project

· Tie in your cash flow with the construction programme and the development appraisal figures.
